Athearn announced their purchase of the Rail Power Products product line of intermodal truck trailers and railroad locomotive body shells. Look for these trailers to be offered in a wide variety of road names in assembled form in the coming years.

Boley has announced GMC 7500 mid-range trucks in a wide variety of body styles in die-cast metal (shown above and below).
Shown immediately above is a resin casting of Boley's forthcoming die-cast International 7600 severe service truck cab with brush fire body. This resin casting was taken from a pre-production sample of the actual die-cast model.
Busch The fourth release of new Busch models is now shipping to retailers and distributors. This release includes the 1886 Benz Patent Motorcar and the 1937 BMW 327.
The following new models are included in the latest release:
40000 Benz Patent Motorcar - Limited edition replica of the world's first modern automobile. Features include: Wheels with superfine spokes; detailed body with over 23 individual parts; movable flywheel. Presented on a wood base with a finely printed plastic cover. A special mechanism allows operation of the wheels and flywheel without removing the model from its case. The first edition is strictly limited to 4,999 pieces, each individually numbered.
